XD I kinda do and I kinda don't. I have a rough outline, but a lot of the details are left up in the air until I plot out a chapter. That way I don't back myself into a corner. For instance, the original plan was to have Cam meet Olivia for the first time in chapter 2, but then I was like 'why not have them be a thing for a while, secretly?' and there was enough wiggle room in chapter 1 that it worked out. But I do have a general sense of where the story will go, and who will do what with whom.
