Literally, it would be something like "mise à jour explicite", but "mise à jour" (for update) would be used for a software update instead. For a comic page, it would be better to say "nouvelle page", "new page". So, it would be something like "Lisez la nouvelle page explicite d'aujourd'hui !", which means "Read today's new explicit page !"
