Currently eyeing upgrading the RAM.
I gotta explain one bit, though, it won't directly affect renders, specifically. I keep maxing out my RAM usage whenever I'm editing videos. Actually crashed a couple times when editing videos with a lot of complex audio (stomach gurgles, I'm looking at YOU.) Also I like to listen to music, watch TV shows and such while rendering, which tends to end up getting me close to my RAMs cap, too.
Anyway, running a poll for this one, mostly because it's not specifically a rendering-related part. Multiple choice, pick the options you support/like.
