Puffin Browser:
A web browser that uses some neat tricks to let you watch Flash videos, play Flash games, whatever. It even comes with the ability to play Flash games using an onscreen controller. The full version's not a bad price, but test the free version first. If it works for you, this is probably the best/only way to do Flash stuff on Android without having to download the videos/games first.
Webgenie SWF Player:
An offline app that lets you play SWF files all you want, I've used it for videos, but I THINK it can be used for games too. I use the free version since it covers all I need. Because this is just a regular app and not a browser, you'd have to download the games/videos to your phone first before you can play them.
