New Character in Chapter3... Who is she?

What a better way to start the new year than giving you a sneak peek of one new character we will have in Chapter3!
And because this is the first post of 2020, we want to do something special, so we are going to run a small poll to see how many of you guess who is she in a public poll. (This is something we will reserve only for our patrons at 10$ tier in the future, but again, this is a special occasion.)
