Welcome to our first of 2 tutorials where we break down the mechanics and breath work approach to belly flutters. There will also be a practice video to follow that combines the breathwork exercises covered in both tutorials.
No music, just the sound of my (and your) breathing, and for that I am sorry haha, but it's important that our focus at this point is on our body and really tuned into our communication with our diaphragm.
This Tutorial focuses on breath holding exercises to help us create a means of conscious communication with our diaphragm.
