The Event (Early Release)

So you might be asking yourselves now - what about the Patreon?! This new project makes many of the perks here redundant, so we’ll be shifting the Patreon’s focus. 

But first things first, many of you have been with us since we first launched and your patronage is what allowed us to kick off this whole journey to begin with. The words “thank you” will never fully encompass how we feel. As a thank you for supporting us, we have a special Patreon Member-Only discount of 3 months free if you get the monthly plan or 40% off for the annual plan.

Second, for the rest of May everything that is posted on 2nd try will also be posted here. We have paused payments so you will NOT be charged for June but since you paid for the whole month of May here we want to make sure you are getting what you deserve.

Lastly, starting in June we will start the Patreon’s shift into a TryPodcasts Patreon! We will be launching a new tier that we recommend you all switch to if you are a fan of the podcasts. Our goal is to make the Patreon as cheap as we can. You will get Ad-Free versions of all 3 main podcasts as well as TryPod a day early and the weekly exclusive podcast Fake Pod. All will be syncable to your Spotify feeds. Starting in July we will unpause payments and make the official switch, so more updates to come on this later! We hope you stick around here but if you are mainly here for 2nd try early releases and not the podcasts - those you can find on 2nd try!

Also for those of you who are a part of the Discord server, we will be giving that server over to you. We know many of you have made meaningful connections there so if you want to stay active there we want you to have full control! However, we are also launching a brand new free Discord server that will be public for 2nd try and within this new server there will be a special locked channel just for the og patrons! If you joined yesterday when we shared the link you should have been automatically given the role of “og patron” but if you didn’t please let us know so we can make sure you’re given the role.
