2023-04-14 17:43:31 +0000 UTCjust a heads up, looks like you're not passing params into the url properly: ?p=klaviyo&first_name={{first_name}}&last_name={{last_name}}&email={{email}} you're going to be missing first name / last name / email from your email list/marketing automation, but you'll still get the info people enter directly into the survey.
