Sending you love and support!!

My thoughts exactly. I couldn’t watch this video because I knew it was going to be very triggering to anyone (me) who deals with disordered eating and body shame. Mental health is just as important, if not more so, than physical, and the whole “clean/mindful” trend is just another impossible standard to try to live up to that can turn into a downward spiral reeeeal quick. I second the recommendation to check out HAES and intuitive eating - PLEASE!

I don't eat healthy or exercise. Most exercise I do is walk like 10mins a day. Guess I could be like Keith and change up my game & at least eat healthier.

;) I'm so curious now: If the lady awarded Ned the trophy despite Eugene scoring higher or the same on all the tests you let us see, which tests were there you didn't tell us about that made her come to this conclusion? ;)

‘The reaper’ tag got me. 😂 Really great video! I love that it’s getting important information out there.

As an RN, I love seeing relevant, fact filled health videos being consumed by a wider audience like yours! Go Try Guys!

This video was great! I was expecting it to be purely reactions to genetic testing but I loved how you incorporated the family doc and some discussion around lifestyle! As someone with a chronic illness, I didn't see much point in having a GP (because who needs ANOTHER doctor?) until I found a really great one who is nonjudgemental and works with me to keep me healthy, and knows all the ins and outs of my health, unlike specialists. All this to say: find a good GP if you're able! They're invaluable!

Oh god, I love you guys but whenever you get into "health" videos, you get soooo food shame-y and it's so difficult to watch as someone that struggles with an eating disorder. The "mindful" diet is just that. Another diet...and diets categorically do. not. work. PLEASE do some looking into Health At Every Size and Intuitive Eating. And if anyone watching this video had a hard time, I'm here for you <3

I love my boys and I love these educational videos

This is a highly motivational video for me lol

Really good video. Sorry for you, Zach, but at least you can do your best to protect against it now, instead of it hitting you unexpectedly. I have a relative who got breast cancer, and she didn’t have the gene, or any family history of it. On the other side, I had an elderly relative who survived two lots of concurrent cancers in her 80s. These things can’t always be calculated. You just have to live your life the best you can. I always knew that insomnia and stress would be very bad for life expectancy. As someone who has never slept well despite many attempts to make it better, and alternates between mildly stressed and highly stressed, my outlook is not looking good..... Thanks for making this video. Food for thought.

That was good! But also none of these genetics episodes have ever answered the most burning question I have about the Try Guys: IS KEITH A DESCENDANT OF THE HABSBURG DYNASTY.

Ugh, honestly, I’m resentful but happy that they made this video. I’m eating chips as we speak, my sleep patterns range from 4-12 hours sometimes, I never exercise... gotta make some changes.
