How To Swag: Try Guys Merch FAQs

We've finally (FINALLY) launched our merch line! We've been working so hard on this and we're so proud to finally bring it to you. You asked, we answered! Here's the answers to the most common questions you Tryceratops asked us about how swag is gonna work:

Q: Where do I buy merch? What are the prices and sizes?

A: You can browse all our designs, prices, and sizes here: tryguys.com

Q: What kinds of items will be offered?

A: Our current collection includes mugs, phone cases, t-shirts, sweaters, and hoodies. 

Q: Who can buy merch? Will there be merchandise for sale that Patreon members in the lower tiers can buy? 

A: Yes! You can buy almost all of our swag no matter what tier you're in. In fact, except for the Patreon-exclusive merch, it's available for anyone to buy whether they're a Patron or not. However, Patrons get a special discount on all merch.

Q: I heard there's free swag for certain Tryceratops tiers? Who qualifies for that? 

A: If you have been in a qualifying Patron tier ($25/month or higher) for 3 months or longer, you'll be getting merch for free every 3 months. It will be sent out on set dates every 3 months.

Q: What is the “patreon exclusive” merch versus regular swag? 

A: Patreon exclusive merch will be an extra item with a unique surprise design that can only be received by being at the $50 tier (Pearl) or higher for a duration of 3 months.

Q: What service are you going to be using for shipping? What countries and regions do you ship to? Who do I contact if I need help with my order? 

A: We're working with Fanjoy to create and deliver our products. They deliver internationally!

Q: Are there going to be tracking numbers for things that get shipped to us?

A: Yes! Once you make an order, you'll receive a tracking number along with your purchase confirmation. Fanjoy's customer support will be on-hand to address any questions or concerns you have. 

Q: Are you still doing the prop/costume merch for the first round of Pearl and higher swag?

A: Yes! Props and costumes are heading out to people as we speak! Depending on where in the world you are and when you joined, the things we've sent may take a little longer to get to you.

Q: Will there be any merch with the Try Dogs, Try Wives, or Try Baby on it?

A: At the moment, the merch will just feature the Try Guys, but these are great ideas... 

Q: Will there be seasonal swag? 

A: At the moment we aren't offering any season-specific products, but there will be merch drops with new items several times throughout the year! So, there will be lots of things to look forward to!

Q: I don't see the size or design options I'm REALLY craving in my life. Will those ever be available?

A:  Because we're still a pretty scrappy operation, we're rolling out with a more limited range of products for our launch, but we plan to bring you more products and styles every few months. The more feedback we get, the more we'll be able to offer more of what you guys really love! 

Q: Can we tag you guys in pictures of ourselves with our merch?

A: Yes! PLEASE tag us in pics of you with your merch! Spread the love and let us know how you're liking the products!
