Unfortunately as much as i have grown and continued on my journey to healing my mental health has decreased in the last month. It has gotten so bad im disassociating almost every day and has interfered with my ASMR making. I have been trying to get a therapist. I might finally be able to get one. I have no idea how this month will continue. If you want to not pledge because i have hard time making videos i will not be upset. It is your choice loves.
