Well technically anything can be a fetish so its possible to do, and I think you will be seeing some Latias x Latios in the futuer. ;)

Pokemon wise, going somefin from ORAS, we could have latios and latias, rayquaza and deoxys, maybe even the starters (any combination of the three, mega evo or not). Also going back to the lava demon you did, w could pair her up with an icy shiva and go final fantasy up in this bitch (literally).
