but alas, only one show can reign supreme so here were the ones with the top votes and ones i'm most eager about!
you can vote for more than one, and the poll will end jan 31 @ 11:59 pm CST - although i know most votes will come in the first week or so, gives us lots of time! the new show will likely start first week of march so that gives me all of february to source episodes etc!
i am SO excited, these are all awesome options, so whatever wins will be such a good time regardless!

(SUPERNATURAL FANS - i purposely left it off NOT because i dont want to watch it but because its SO many seasons, i wanna wait until my schedule calms down a little so maybe i could do two a week if we decided to add it in? either way its still not off my radar, even though that pilot...........)

Me personally, I'm not happy Person of Interest is probably never going to make it the channel ever. I think GG's victory is pretty decisive regardless of the number of comments about the show itself. I definitely have a sentimental attachment to the show. Beyond that though it's simply great TV. Amy Sherman-Palladino's dialogue is so clever & it gives so much energy to an otherwise familiar plot. I've read a few comments about the oversaturation of reactions to GG as well. I only see about 4-5 people in the last year or so & none of them I really connect with at all. I've never actually had a reactor for this series ever..So I'm pretty happy to have the first reactor I ever watch this with to be Darcie. I'd be disappointed if there is another poll. I could understand wanting one if it was close but it really wasn't. GG was the front-runner from the jump. I've been watching along more closely than could be considered reasonable & no show got into shouting distance. Also the poll was open for a month. If someone wanted to change their vote they had ample time to do it. GG 4eva & thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

It is a Canadian SWAT show, so police drama but so much of each episode is spent on the main characters that sometimes the police stuff is secondary. And, Enrico Colantoni (Veronica Mars dad) is the leader of the team :) 5 seasons, but only 75 episodes total.

I just think what I said before is also a possibility, and not everyone is likely to read the comments/adjust their vote if one of their secondary choices is winning over their top choice. And it would be unfortunate if it won because of that

I was hoping if it was close enough Orphan Black might be a show that would get reacted to next without requiring a poll. Problem is though Thursday is for short shows. The next long show that's ending is Agents in like 2 years 😵💫

Because I really don't think GG would win in a head to head with several of the other top options. It's just a show a LOT of people watched and has a nostalgia factor, so a lot of people are putting it as one of their choices, even though (it seems from the comments) not that many people have it as a top choice

I just haven't seen anybody talking about how excited they are for Gilmore girls, not like I have for other shows. (I originally had put one of my lower priority votes toward it, but I took it away once I saw that it was outperforming orphan black lol)

And the whole overall arch and story rivals buffy for sure. Only real difference to me is girl power v team free will. One is female heightened and one isn't.

I enjoy the show quite a bit (maybe even love it) but it blows my mind to see so many people feel like they're practically hate-watching it.

(literally nothing will ever come close to matching buffy, but idk, supernatural feels like as worthy a successor as we're likely to get for the tuesday slot. many many comparisons have been made between buffy and dean, though again, to me no one will ever even approach buffy's level of awesomeness)

I think Once Upon A time would be a good Charmed replacement, maybe Wednesday can stay a mystery show/ murder show ? Anyways I'll be there either way, no matter who wins ! Shameless is AMAZINGLY good dramedy. Roswell 🩷🩷 such a good comfort show and the reboot would be good too ! Big fave there.
