2024-10-20 16:22:26 +0000 UTCA lot of people have compared Torchwood to Angel as a spinoff - it's a darker, edgier take on the same universe. If you're going to watch it, I'd definitely watch it in the recommended order, because it really only intersects with the earlier seasons of new who

After you've seen "An Adventure in Time and Space" (I screwed up the name before), you would want to watch the "An Unearthly Child" 4-parter (1/2-hour episodes), just because it was the first. With your sense of humor, I'm sure you'll have a good time.
