Okay, sure, it's been 2 months without a second vision, but sure. So, how long we giving it? 6 months? 5 years? A century? Are we sitting there after a millennium saying "Yeah, that 2nd vision might still be coming" I'm calling it, you're free to wait and see though.

Unless the one vision that he had specifically showed him that he won't have another one (and idk how that would be communicated visually), then Angel is only speculating that he won't have another one. I appreciate that you have a different take and I hope you do the same.

That’s why this Black Thorn thing seems to come out of nowhere. But I do love the way that most of the members are people we have met in 1 off episodes earlier in the season. So it ties it together

That said, he did a pretty consistently impressive job of concluding his stories when the studios put him in a bad place. I'll leave it there for now.

2024-08-10 01:46:10 +0000 UTCYeah they found out very late that they were not renewed for a 6th season. It happened right after they filmed the Illyria 2 parter. The last 6 episodes feel a little rushed in some respects due to this. Though i think they stuck the landing fairly well

Angel himself said it was a one shot deal, i.e. a deal for one vision. I gotta go with Angel on this one, I'm confident that if he had the visions he would know it.

That one vision put him on the track to The Circle. It has taken this long for him to infiltrate, with the limited information from the one vision.
