Fun fact: I have never seen this episode. I was grounded when it originally aired so I taped it, heard about Doyle at school the next day, and recorded over it with an episode of Queer as Folk.

He was great, Doyle was the friend Angel needed. ๐ I think it was a few years later but the actual actor also passed so big ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ each time cause it feels real to fans who view again knowing this. The metaphor was very obvious. It personally makes my heart hurt.
