Added 2021-05-09 20:30:48 +0000 UTCHey y'all!! Been continuing to crank on chapter 003. Turns out it has almost double the shots of chapter 002, despite having a similar runtime... oof.
Continuing to work on base assets (the still drawings that I later/sometimes animate or add lip-sync to), but overall, we've got a lot done. Really really hoping to have this chapter completed this month, though that may be unrealistic. Still gonna push for it.
Chapter 004 will definitely have help...that's gonna be a priority. The length of time from completed animatic (the roughed out frames with sound and timing) to completed animation, is just driving me nuts. Obviously finding the right people will be a challenge in of itself (as I've tried in the past... but I'll commit to it). Chapters may then vary in style (depending who's on the team), but the story will be in tact, and I'll be finalization all the shots anyway so... I'll be keeping my eye on consistency. But that's for later!
For now... chapter 003!
