Kim (our architect) is telling the MC that he has to win the tender before he can see the construction drawings for the new memorial centre.
Luckily for him (and for us), our MC is going win, and that kicks off our adventure. But the reason for him winning, is something entirely different than his building skills. He himself is not aware of that ... yet ...
