I decided to try and post this "eligibility cutoff day" at the end of the month to maximize everyone's, especially new members, the chance to receive the content.
(normally, B1 cutoff day is 15th of the month and B2 cutoff day is 30th of the month)
Let me know if this causes any inconvenience! Feedbacks are always welcome!
