A Little Sleep Trance [F4A]

I am reading and learning about trance and meditation and one of the exercises they want me to do is create a trance audio and use it myself so I have a better understanding of it. So, I wrote this script, and figured it would be nice to share with you all too!
I will include the script, but know there are a few brief moments of improv. Mostly just emphasizing safety or relaxation.
Includes; rain noises, fire crackles, and some theta waves towards the countdown.

It's rather more PG than the trance audio I'd normally go for, but it was a relaxing listen :) I thought the countdown portion was pretty good
