Giant's Sandbox Alpha 0.1.4 + VR support

Description:
Play as a giant or as a tiny amongst giants and enjoy several ways of interactions on multiple maps. Also included is the Endless Rampage minigame, where you can watch endless destruction while a giant walks through a city, flattening everything that gets caught underfoot.
This is an alpha version, so expect a lot of bugs.
ATTENTION: The game now comes with a launcher, that lets you choose between starting it with or without VR functionality. Additionally, you can choose to use an older API (DirectX 10, OpenGL 3) to eventually get the game to run on older hardware.
Changes since 0.1.3:
- Now you have the ability to wedge yourself between the toes of a giant, as long as the toes are visible of course. Go up to your favourite set of toes and press jump, simple as that.
- Some modifications to VR. The menus are not longer attached to the camera but can sometimes get obstructed by obstacles. The stereo layers refused to work properly. Also the first person camera does not have any more head movement, at the cost of being slightly detached from your body. I'd need a whole set of new animations first to make that work properly.
- Some minor tweaks

If anything, the pov is a bit weird when you jump at certain sizes, namely the default size of zero, but that may be due to the vr aspect, which I cannot test, sadly... I haven't played around with it too much yet, either... But other than that, it's simply wonderful! The launcher looks great and the toe interaction is really fun, too! That's about all I have to add for right now, I'll let you know if I may find anything else!
