The coolest thing about this episode was Kotori's karate! Six years of study did not go to waste. Strangely, I seem to have nothing to say about the medical and detective portions of the episode, except, isn't methylene blue used in gram stains? And I kept looking to see where a romance might emerge, but Kotori played the Dr. Watson shtick throughout. I haven't given up hope yet, though.
