Walpurgis was held this time at the new moon, when vampires are the weakest. 3. Kadokawa was part of the production and I am pretty sure that the manga, etc. used in Slime are probably already owned by them. 4. The church is more complicated than you might think. 5. The name "The Ten Great Demon Lords" was a name the humans came up with after the Demon Lords took too long to come up with one on their own. Is is any wonder they didn't want "The Eight Great Demon Lords"?
