Here's a few shots from the Ren Faire this weekend! It was definitely a little toastier than last time but other than all the black this outfit was definitely easier/cooler to wear than Iron Clad so I'm glad I wore that when I did and then swapped to this.
No Chase this time but we did make time to still snap a few full bodies and stuff at a few angles. Those are in the galleries and they should be all updated.
Haven't done a general check-in for a bit, seemed as good a time as any.

After a few (very fun) Paper Mario streams Sam and I decided that we should probably stop saying we might do some costumes one day and just start getting these costumes together - we've only been playing this game for 15 years or so.
Don't mind the tiny hat and the ridiculous wig, its the only one I had in a close-ish shade of pink and I was trying to get color references down (hence the fabric in the second shot). I'm pretty damn happy with the color and the fit of this sweater dress!...
Gen Con was great! COVID is less great.
(All my shots are up to date and I'm safely holed up at home with Chomp and plenty of supplies, I'll be totally fine waiting out my run in with this shit. Don't worry about me <3)

This was super fun, surprisingly comfty and A LOT of people were really excited about Slay the Spire lol. It was a great goddamn day.
These are out in (most) people hands and all their recipients have seen them so here are the doodles from last month's Sticker Sun's Avatar tiers. I'm working on getting more of the blank token cards so I can continue to have a little more art room to play on, but I found some great lands for this month's rewards to work off of.
Also, in relevant sticker news (what a combination of words lol), I've don't use Sticker Mule (and never have) to get my stickers printed and I certainly won't...

I gotta figure out what I wanna wear. Ironclad seems like a really good option since its SUPER COMFTY (the foam armor might get dinged up a bit but meh, its foam and costumes are meant to be worn). Otherwise I've got some more ideas for mashups (like Morrigan) because those are always fun. What cosplays would you wanna see mashed up Ren Faire style?

These all turned out so good. I'm so thrilled. Don't be afraid of the "oh shit, everything looks like trash step" I feel like there's a point in every cosplay creation that I end up in the uncanny valley like this. You just hope the process is trusting you as much as you're trusting it and push through lol

Wheew - David reminded me that Baccarat (character from one of my favorite One Piece casino heist movie, Film Gold) just got a card in the TCG and I should see if my cosplay still fits.
