Nah I would actually say Doffy used more energy, Law did a lot of damage.

I agree that a G4 Luffy would still overpower Doflamingo in 1v1 in strength. But considering that Doflamingo was still able to out time him while both had varying degrees of damage/exhaustion, changes are a full strength Doflamingo can evade and tank hits from a G4 Luffy long enough to take Luffy out once he loses that form.

Luffy had to fight through the Coliseum and then up to the palace just to get to Doflamingo while Doflamingo is chilling up there. Doflamingo might have the birdcage up, but you can't just think that having an ability "active" constantly drains energy. Consider Sugar. She had literally thousands of people turned into toys with her ability but having that ability active doesn't constantly drain energy from her. There are some abilities that are more active or passive. To me him sending out the birdcage is more of a passive. The cage is just out and active, and will continue just like Sugar's ability continues until she's knocked out.

@Amenz Doffy's situation is similar to saying Law has multiple "rooms" open around the city at the same time. Having the ability active will drain the energy. Doffy is just better at his ability so he won't become drained as easy as Law was after overusing his ability.

What? Bro that’s a terrible take. First of all it’s hardly a straight up 1 v 1 when Doflamingo is still using parasite string and controlling the bird cage. And do you know what jumping someone is? It means multiple people stepping in against one person, or a bigger group vs a much smaller group. Bellamy didn’t “jump” Luffy, they had a fight in which the damage Luffy accrued doesn’t even compare to Doflamingo. And Luffy COULD have taken Bellamy out, he just didn’t because of fucking plot and stupidity. Doffy would’ve mopped base Luffy in a heartbeat, I can’t believe you would even say that mess, he was smacking him around the whole time 😂 it’s plot. And Doflamingo DEFINITELY got jumped. Trebol was standing by watching most of the time letting Doflamingo fight it out with Luffy and Law. Even when Doffy was on his knees looking like he was about to be defeated Trebol was just standing there asking if he was okay

You guys acting like Trebol didn't Jump Luffy and Law. Fight was 2v2, now its 1v1 with Luffy verses Doffy. Not to mention Bellamy jumping Luffy, and Luffy not being able to take him out. Doffy couldn't take out base Luffy as much as Luffy couldn't take out Base Doffy. Doffy didn't get Jumped because others were their defending him.

I think at this point in a 1 on 1 Doffy would win, but only because Luffy can’t do enough damage to take him down fast enough. That being said Luffy has been in multiple battles against tough people over the past several hours and running around a city/country. He isn’t coming into the battle in the same condition as Doffy.
