dude I was half asleep scrolling down, not waking up to actually start the day and just thoughtlessly did some of these half way while in my chair, didn't even notice when I moved down to the ground but boy did this help me wake up. Can't remember the last time I stretched and I've definitely never done some of these. I literally do not have the arm muscles to push myself that high in a bridge.
