I dunno if that’s the correct word in this situation.. sounds rather painful XD I’ll stick with bending for now.. It looks like her nipple is bending up and back a little from Cait’s Tongue licking upwards. If that’s intentional then whewf~ 👀🥰❤️ Amazing work!

Like how her nose deforms/squishes the breast a little as it hits it, as well as every single point of contact, it’s just.. wow 😻 (Also sorry for being vague, I can never remember who is who >.< but..
