Chapter 521: Fierce Battle with the Giant 

"Shinra Tensei!" (- Almighty Push!) 

And then, all they heard was a sharp cry from the newcomer. 

That huge dinosaur, which was just about to nail Nami and Usopp, was sent flying hundreds of meters away in an instant. 

And this person, naturally, was Kazama. 

After all, in this world of Kaizoku (海賊 - pirates), besides Kazama, who else could pull off a move as awesome and powerful as Shinra Tensei? 

"Kazama-aniki! We finally found you!" 

Just then, Nami and Usopp immediately crowded around Kazama, chattering away at him. 

"Hey, Kazama-aniki, where on earth did you go?" 

"Yeah, we were looking all over this island for you, but we couldn't find a trace! If you'd shown up even a little bit later, we both would've been goners for sure!" 

"We might not have been able to head out with you onto the Grand Line (Idai naru Kōro -)!" 

"Heh heh, hey now, you two, don't be so downbeat." 

Hearing what Nami and Usopp said, Kazama just chuckled and shook his head at them. 

"Since you're my nakama (- comrades/friends), there's no way I, Kazama, would ever let you get into that kind of danger." 

Just then, the ground started to shake violently, like a mini-earthquake. 

Nami and Usopp looked up, and what they saw scared them so much they broke out in a cold sweat and plopped right down on the ground. 

Then, the two of them quickly said to Kazama, "Hey, Kazama-aniki, you gotta help us, quick! Ever since we got to this island, this giant has been hunting us down!" 

"What?" 

After hearing what Nami and Usopp said, Kazama immediately looked up at the giant rushing towards them. 

And at that moment, when the giant saw another human, Kazama, appear, he actually got even happier. 

He then hurried over to Kazama and the others. 

"Greetings, everyone! What a fortunate encounter! Since you've come to my territory, I was wondering if I could invite you all for a meal?" 

"Uh, this...?" 

Kazama had initially thought this giant might really be the bloodthirsty type Nami and Usopp had described. 

So, Kazama was actually thinking about taking on the giant. 

But he never expected that this giant would actually be so hospitable. 

This, naturally, took Kazama a bit by surprise. 

Meanwhile, Nami and Usopp were still in a state of shock. 

So, they didn't really hear what the giant was saying at all. 

Instead, they still thought the giant was trying to trick them. 

So, the two of them quickly spoke to Kazama again, "Hey, Kazama-aniki, whatever you do, don't listen to this giant's nonsense!" 

"That's right! This giant is a no-good bastard! He clearly just wants to eat the three of us!" 

"What?! How dare you! That really pisses me off!" 

Although the giant was a very hospitable person, that didn't mean he was a pushover. 

Now, seeing Nami and Usopp daring to insult him like that, he instantly flew into a rage, absolutely furious. 

He then immediately grabbed his giant blade and swung it down towards Nami and Usopp's heads. 

"You two little runts! I kindly offer to treat you to a meal, and not only do you not show me any respect, but you even dare to falsely accuse me! This is absolutely intolerable! Since you think I'm going to kill you, then fine, I'll grant your request right now!" 

Chapter 522: Schooling the Giant Dorry 

As the giant spoke, he let out a furious roar and charged right at Nami and Usopp. 

Seeing this, Kazama once again raised his hand and straight up unleashed "Shinra Tensei." 

It immediately slammed the giant to the ground. 

Because this giant was so ridiculously huge, and also because Kazama knew this giant was a friend, not an enemy, he didn't use his full strength on him. 

Otherwise, this giant would probably have ended up just like that dinosaur – sent flying hundreds of meters away by Kazama. 

Now, Kazama had originally intended to get the giant to cool his head a bit. 

But Kazama hadn't anticipated that this giant had a really stubborn and incredibly short temper. 

The moment he saw Kazama make a move on him, he got even angrier. 

So, he immediately did a "carp jump" (a quick, agile flip back to his feet) and stood right up. 

"Alright, you little brat! You damn well dare to lay a hand on me?! Fine! If that's how it's gonna be, then today, this is a fight to the death!" 

Kazama knew this giant wasn't his enemy, so he didn't really want to fight him more than necessary. 

Thus, Kazama hurriedly dodged the giant's attacks while shouting to him, "Hey, Mr. Giant, sir! I, Kazama, didn't mean to attack you on purpose! I was trying to protect my two nakama. Besides, my two nakama hadn't seen you before, so they thought you were about to attack them. That's why I'm hoping you can just calm down!" 

"Calm your old lady down! Let me tell you, you little runt, when you knocked me flat on my back earlier, you really ticked me off! I'm telling you, I'm a giant who'd rather die than suffer dishonor! No one, and I mean no one, has the right or the ability to knock me down like that! And now that you have knocked me down? No matter what, we're gonna battle for three thousand rounds!" 

"Well, about that..." 

At this point, Kazama really hadn't expected this giant to be this pig-headed. 

So, Kazama had no choice but to activate his strongest defense and start fighting with the giant. 

Now, the giant had initially thought Kazama was just some incredibly weak human. He figured that with just a few punches and kicks, he could smash Kazama into a pulp. 

But he never would have guessed that his previously all-powerful giant axe, when it struck Kazama's body now, felt like it was hitting an iron plate. It didn't injure Kazama in the slightest. 

Instead, the force of the impact made his own hands throb and turn red. 

Just as this giant was feeling shocked to his core, Kazama spoke to him again, "I'll tell you one more time, we don't intentionally want to be your enemies. What happened before was out of necessity. So, I also hope we don't have to fight to the death!" 

"Alright then! Since you don't want to fight to the death, let's have a proper brawl! If you can beat me, then I won't attack you guys anymore. And I'll even consider you my good friends!" 

"Alright. Sounds like a plan." 

Hearing the giant's words, Kazama immediately smiled and nodded. 

However, the giant wasn't taking Kazama seriously at all. He couldn't believe that a mere human could beat him in hand-to-hand combat. 

So, in an instant, the giant charged at Kazama again. 

At this moment, Kazama was thinking to himself that his current body was way too small. Fighting this giant like this was too inconvenient. 

But if he were to unleash his perfect Susanoo, he was afraid that with one wrong move, he might accidentally kill the giant. 

Chapter 523: Transformation into the One-Tailed Shukaku 

Right then, a lightbulb went off for Kazama, and he decided to use his Tailed Beast ability. And you wouldn't believe it, Kazama started to change, and bam! He transformed into the One-Tailed Shukaku! This Shukaku form was massive, easily hundreds of feet tall, just as huge as the giant he was facing! 

Now, the giant was completely caught off guard. He was thinking, "Wait a minute, this Kazama guy is just a human! How could he morph into such a massive, terrifying monster?!" That totally blew the giant's mind, you know? 

But even then, the giant was still pretty cocky, thinking, "Okay, this Kazama dude is tough, real tough, but there's no way he's a match for me." So, he swung his giant blade again, charging straight at the One-Tailed Shukaku that Kazama had become. 

But he seriously underestimated this Shukaku – it wasn't just any monster. Nope, this was the real deal – a legit Bijū (Tailed Beast) that could actually control sand, imagine someone with powers like Crocodile's Suna Suna no Mi, but this was a living, breathing beast! So, right from the get-go, Kazama was masterfully using Shukaku's innate power. And after just a few clashes, he'd already roughed up the giant pretty good, leaving him bruised and battered. 

Then, Kazama even managed to snatch the giant's huge sword right out of his hands! With the giant's sword in hand, Kazama looked at the beaten giant and said, "So? I've got your weapon now. Still think you can win?" 

Hearing what Kazama said, and seeing for himself just how incredibly strong this guy was... the giant couldn't help but let out a defeated sigh. 

"Alright, alright, I give up! You're something else, man! I really didn't see that coming—a human being this ridiculously strong!" 

"Heh, you know it!" Kazama replied with a chuckle. Saying that, Kazama changed back, turning from that giant beast right back into his normal self. Then he said to the giant, "So, seeing as you've lost, how about you stick to your word? Think you can live peacefully alongside us?" 

"Heh heh, yeah, no problem at all!" the giant replied, happily nodding at Kazama. "We giants always keep our promises, you know! Name's Dorry, but they call me the 'Blue Ogre' – Ao Oni. I'm the captain of this Giant Pirate Crew (Kyojin Kaizokudan). And you are...?" 

"I'm Kazama, and these are my nakama, Nami and Usopp," Kazama introduced. 

Seeing that this giant, Dorry, really wasn't going to fight anymore, Kazama gave him a friendly smile and a nod. 

Meanwhile, Nami and Usopp were still shaking in their boots from watching Kazama and Dorry's earlier throwdown. They seriously hadn't grasped just how sugoi Kazama was. They never dreamed he could so easily take down someone as renowned and powerful as the giant Dorry, and make him admit defeat so completely! 

Then Kazama turned to Nami and Usopp and said, "Hey guys, Dorry might look pretty intimidating, but he's a real man of honor, a true warrior with a backbone of steel, like a true Elbaf warrior. So, you don't need to be scared of him anymore." 

"Alright, no problem!" Nami and Usopp replied, both nodding happily at Kazama. After all, they really trusted Kazama. Whatever he said, they were on board with. 

Just then, Dorry enthusiastically invited Kazama and his crew over to his place, which turned out to be a big cave. Then he brought out some huge barrels of booze and some massive chunks of dinosaur meat for Kazama and the others – the kind of feast you'd expect on an island like Little Garden! 

As for Kazama, Nami, and Usopp, they'd been traveling for ages and were absolutely famished – you could hear their stomachs growling a mile away! So, Kazama and his crew didn't stand on ceremony and immediately started to dig in and feast like kings! 

And with Kazama there, Nami and Usopp felt a bit braver too, not as jumpy as before. 

Chapter 524: Transformation into the Two-Tailed Nekomata 

So, just like Kazama, he started feasting away—a real Ōban-burumai ( - a lavish feast). 

But just as everyone was really digging in and having a blast, they suddenly saw a volcano erupt in the distance. 

Right after that, Dorry's expression turned grim. He immediately grabbed his giant sword and started heading out. 

This totally confused Kazama, so he quickly got up and blocked Dorry's path. 

"Hey, Dorry-bro, aren't you in the middle of eating, drinking, and shooting the breeze with us? Why are you taking off now?" 

"Heh heh, well, Kazama-bro, there's something you don't know. I'm not the only giant on this island. There's another giant named Brogy. He, like me, was part of the Kyojin Kaizokudan (巨人海賊団 - Giant Warrior Pirates) back in the day. But he's my sworn rival. That volcano erupting? That's the signal for our duel. So, it doesn't matter if I'm eating, sleeping, or even taking a leak – I've gotta go fight him, three thousand rounds, to the death!" 

"Oh, if that's the case, then, uh, any chance we could watch?" 

"Yeah, of course, you can!" 

Hearing that Kazama wanted to watch, Dorry nodded happily. 

And just then, Kazama immediately led Usopp and Nami to the place where they held their duels. 

Sure enough, Kazama and the others saw a giant with two horns on his head there. 

And at that moment, standing behind that giant, were none other than Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and the others! 

This made Kazama incredibly happy. 

Just then, Luffy also spotted Kazama and his group and quickly waved a greeting. 

"What? You two groups know each other?" 

Dorry and Brogy were just about to start their battle. 

But now, seeing that their respective friends all knew each other, they were totally bewildered. 

At that moment, Kazama also walked over to the two giants and explained the situation to them. 

Afterward, when Brogy heard that Kazama had actually defeated Dorry, he burst out laughing uncontrollably. 

Then, Brogy immediately pointed at Dorry's nose and started chewing him out. 

"I'm telling you, Dorry, you really are a good-for-nothing, a damn mutt! You're supposed to be a captain of the Kyojin Kaizokudan, but you actually got beaten by a tiny little human! That's just hilarious!" 

"Cut the crap! Let me tell you, Brogy, don't you dare underestimate Kazama-bro. Kazama-bro is seriously strong, incredibly powerful!" 

"Oh, really? Just how strong and powerful is he?" 

Brogy clearly didn't believe Dorry and looked at Kazama with disdain. 

"Let me tell you, kid, I don't know what kind of trick you used to beat Dorry, but you need to understand this: Dorry is my rival, but he's also a very important friend. If you used some dirty trick to deceive Dorry, then there's no way I'm letting you off the hook!" 

"Heh heh, whether you let me off the hook or not, I couldn't care less. Anyway, if you want to fight me, then I, Dorry—am totally up for it!" 

"Alright, if that's how it's gonna be, then today I'm gonna see for myself just how strong and powerful you really are!" 

As Brogy said this, he immediately grabbed his massive battle-axe and charged head-on towards Kazama. 

And at that moment, Kazama once again transformed, immediately starting his Bijū-ka - Tailed Beast Transformation) again. 

However, this time, Kazama didn't transform into the Ichibi Shukaku of the Sand , but instead turned into the Nibi Nekomata (- Two-Tailed Spirit Cat). 

Chapter 525: Transformation into the Three-Tailed Isobu 

So, get this – Kazama actually had the power of ten different Bijū! Naturally, he wanted to switch things up and show off what he could do. Plus, he figured this was a good chance to really impress Dorry and Brogy, you know, put a little fear into them. He wanted to make it crystal clear that they'd only seen a tiny fraction of his true power. 

And when Dorry saw Kazama getting ready to show off another transformation, looking like he was about to become even more sugoi than when he was the One-Tailed Shukaku... it totally blew Dorry's mind all over again! 

Then it was Brogy's turn. He saw Kazama, who was obviously just a human a second ago, suddenly morph into this enormous monster! That definitely startled Brogy, to say the least. But Brogy knew this wasn't the time to stand around gawking, because Kazama was already coming straight for him! So, Brogy quickly went for his own signature attack, his big finisher! 

But he was totally unprepared for how incredibly strong Kazama's new form was—this time, he had become the Two-Tailed Matatabi, a fiery, two-tailed cat-like Bijū! This Matatabi form was top-tier, whether you're talking raw physical power or wild elemental attacks – like its crazy blue flames that seemed to burn hotter than Ace's Mera Mera no Mi! And Brogy, well, he mostly relied on straight-up physical attacks, the pride of an Elbaf warrior. Against something like that, how could he possibly stand a chance against Kazama? 

So, yeah, after just a couple of clashes, Kazama totally wiped the floor with Brogy. 

Then Kazama, still in his Matatabi form, grinned at Brogy and said, "So? Ready to admit I'm pretty strong now?" 

Getting beaten so easily by Kazama, like it was nothing, left Brogy feeling super awkward, totally red-faced. I mean, even if he didn't like it, he had to admit defeat. Kazama's power was just way beyond anything he'd imagined. So, all he could really do was nod at Kazama. 

But just when Kazama thought, "Okay, cool, maybe Brogy and Dorry can finally chill out and get along now, true nakama style..." he totally didn't see Dorry storming up to him, looking absolutely furious. Dorry marched right up, pointed straight at Kazama's face, and started yelling his head off. 

"Hey, Kazama!" Dorry roared. "I, Dorry the Blue Ogre, treated you like a friend, welcomed you, and you have the nerve to look down on me!" 

"Whoa there, Dorry! How have I looked down on you?" Kazama asked, genuinely confused, as Dorry was practically steaming. "I don't get what you're so fired up about." 

"Heh, it's simple!" Dorry fumed, his giant pride wounded. "When you fought me, you used that One-Tailed Shukaku form. But when you fought Brogy here, you busted out the Two-Tailed Matatabi! That Matatabi is obviously way stronger, way more sugoi than Shukaku! You're clearly dissing me! What, you think I'm weaker than Brogy?! You think if you'd used that Matatabi against me, I would've just rolled over?! Let me tell you something, Kazama, you and I are gonna go for three thousand rounds, right here, right now!" 

"Yeah, me too! I'm not done with you either!" Brogy chimed in. The moment Brogy heard that, thinking Kazama was disrespecting his old rival Dorry (even though they fight all the time, their bond is deep!), he got all fired up too. So, he teamed up with Dorry, and the two giants charged at Kazama together, ready for round two! 

Seeing Dorry and Brogy getting all worked up and ganging up on him like this, Kazama just found it hilarious. He couldn't help but burst out laughing. Then he looked at them, a serious glint in his eye, and said, "Alright, alright! If you guys really think I'm looking down on you... then fine! Today, I'll show you power that's even more incredible, even more sugoi!" 

And as he said that, Kazama started to transform again, this time into the Three-Tailed Isobu – a colossal, armored turtle-like Bijū with massive spikes! 

The second this Three-Tailed Isobu appeared, man, the whole sea around their part of Little Garden went wild! A massive storm kicked up out of nowhere – wind howling, rain pouring down, the waves crashing like crazy! I mean, this Isobu is like a king of the seas, a true beast of the ocean. Of course, it's gonna make the water itself go crazy, stirring up the Grand Line's unpredictable weather even more! 

And Dorry and Brogy? They were absolutely floored. They never saw that coming.
