I've been busy with some contract stuff that I'm excited to share next month, but for a quick break from it I decided to make a simple 3D visualizer for gamepad inputs that works in OBS after realizing the current offerings for that as a browser source were just 2D graphics. I wanted to go for something uniquely stylish & 3D, thus going for the line-mesh debug aesthetic I constantly gravitate towards, but later down the line I might try adding proper controller meshes if there's enough de...

I really wanted to thank y'all for the overwhelming interest in the projects I've been posting on here, particularly for my most recent release, JPGPU for OBS! It's been so cool to see people using the filters I've made & integrate them into their streams, and it means the world to me that people want to support me making the sort of things I have been. I really can't wait to improve on ...

After much fiddling around with things, I'm finally comfortable enough to release this initial version of the port of my personal JPEG compression effect to OBS, complete with truncation controls, built-in scaling options, & (admittedly crude) alpha preservation features.
It's never been easier to gaslight your stream viewers into thinking their connection has deteriorated!
Features:
- Compatible with individual sources &...

An interactive prototype of my pathtracing backrooms renderer setup, utilizing the analog aesthetic to get away with more performance.
After seeing a lot of interest growing in some clips I shared of my recent backrooms-esque prototype utilizing DXR (DirectX Raytracing) in Unity for pathtracing at a low resolution w/ NTSC artifacts for that analog flare, I thought I'd release a small te...

Still have a bit to do before I can release this for here, and the reworked filter template is something I plan on using to update the NTSCFX filter with as well to expose some parameters (and hopefully get an integrated custom resolution scaling system working as well), but it's really coming along well and I can't wait to get this on here! Keep an eye out, this one's a fun one~
Also, apologies for the lack of updates over the last month! Been focusing a lot on completing some ove...

This is an early version of my NTSC modulation/demodulation filter script for easy analog-video-esque visuals in OBS.
SETUP:
1) Download the attached LUA script on this post, NTSCFX.lua
2) In OBS, open Tools > Scripts to open the Scripts window
3) Under the box listing loaded scripts, click the + button ('Add Scripts') & choose ...

Hey y'all! Been a hot minute.
If it hasn't been obvious enough, I really let this place kinda fall apart shortly after starting things up. I'm really sorry to have completely dropped the ball on that, and even more sorry that I took forever to even get around to addressing it properly or doing anything here.
While I enjoyed writing the tutorials, it was still quite ...

Been busy for the past few weeks prepping for and getting to BLFC and back! (BLFC is Biggest Little Fur Con, a furry convention in Reno, Nevada)
I met a ton of cool people at BLFC including a ton of friends who I finally met in person for the first time and it's really got me motivated again to get some good new work done! There were a surprising amount of fellow game devs I met/hung out with during the whole con, and a ridiculous amount of people who I knew already that ended...

I was working on this partially as an excuse to teach myself to use DrawMeshInstanced for drawing large quantities of meshes in a scene, but I also ended up learning basic physics "simulation" and made a velocity field purely through improvisation.
The other reason I created this was because I'm hoping to make a lot of environment art & rendering tech for an unannounced game I'm w...
