Boyfriend Shirt WIP

I had this idea about two friends that live next door to each other and are so close they leave their clothes and stuff at each other's places. One of them has a penchant for silly graphic tees.
And then one goes off to collage and they don't meet as often. When he does come over though he leaves a silly shirt behind, just like old days, and the other friend wears it as a sleep shirt, like he's done so many times before.
This time it's a "boyfriend shirt" and the friend just scoffs at it. His friend goes through girlfriends faster than he does silly shirts. But slowly the main character starts changing. At first it's just things that could be explained away like letting his hair grow out, getting a bit rounder features, slimming up.
But next time his friend comes home for a visit the main character just can't help having all these thoughts of his best friend, and his friend comments on the changes, telling him how good he looks with his mouth stuffed, which the MC just brushes off as a joke between friends...
And so it continues...
Until the main character has become "The World's Best Ex-Friend"
