More than half an hour later.  

Seimei arrived at his destination.  

As usual, he lowered his altitude, unlocked the "Guardian Seal" on his forehead, focused his mind, and activated his Byakugan to scan the surroundings.  

After confirming that there were no unusual presences—human or otherwise—he landed on the island.  

Retracting his wings and deactivating the "Chakra Cloak," Seimei wasted no time. He immediately raised his hands to form seals and performed the "Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu."  

Poof!  

With the explosion of a chakra-infused smoke cloud, more than twenty identical figures appeared around him.  

Seimei glanced at his clones, methodically assigned their tasks, and sent them off.  

He didn’t idle either. Finding a familiar boulder, he sat down and began using the Palm Sage Technique and Heart Reflection Technique.  

According to his calculations from the previous evening, he only needed two more training cycles today to perfect his Eight Trigrams Seal.  

After that, he could proceed to the next step.  

And indeed, his estimate was spot on.

• Water Release: Great Exploding Water Shockwave was on the verge of advancing, needing fewer than 10,000 more proficiency points to reach Level 9.  

• Flying Thunder God Technique and Nirvana Temple Technique had both leveled up twice, with the former now at Level 9 and the latter at Level 8.  

• Genjutsu: Darkness Technique had also improved, reaching Level 8 and progressing nearly halfway through. 

Lastly, there was Chakra Control.  

Initially, it hadn’t advanced. However, perfecting the Eight Trigrams Seal had further refined his chakra manipulation, granting additional proficiency points.  

Combined with the proficiency earned from mastering Shadow Sword Technique and Mind-Reading Technique, Chakra Control had finally advanced to Level 7 (1/20,000).  

As he had predicted, reaching Level 7 resulted in a qualitative improvement, significantly enhancing his chakra control. This meant that using jutsu would now consume less chakra.  

However, he needed to test exactly how much the consumption had decreased.  

With that thought, Seimei stood up and moved to the edge of the island.

This meant that he now needed 100 chakra points per proficiency point, whereas before, he required 120 chakra points.  

In other words, advancing Chakra Control had reduced chakra consumption by about 15%.  

To confirm accuracy, Seimei tested several other jutsu. The results were consistent.  

Returning to the center of the island, he opened his panel and began calculating his future skill growth.  

Soon, he reached a conclusion:  

• Great Exploding Water Shockwave would now gain 1,500 proficiency points per day instead of 1,250. At this rate, he could reach Level 9 (0/0) within a week.  

• Flying Thunder God Technique would increase from 2,000 to 2,350 points per day, requiring 42 more days to reach Level 10 (the cap for S-rank jutsu).  

• Genjutsu: Darkness Technique would improve from 2,080 to 2,450 points per day, meaning 11 days to reach Level 9 (0/0).  

• Nirvana Temple Technique, due to lower chakra investment, would increase from 1,160 to 1,370 points per day, requiring a month to reach Level 9 (0/0). 

With that, his prioritized skills were fully assessed.  

Taking a deep breath, Seimei shifted his focus from his skills to his chakra reserves and bloodline progress.  

His chakra reserves had increased by over 40,000 points in the past month due to training, now surpassing 370,000 points.  

With such immense chakra reserves and Level 7 Chakra Control, even his basic jutsu would have extraordinary power.  

Seimei estimated that even a simple D-rank or C-rank jutsu could overwhelm a mediocre Jonin purely due to sheer chakra volume.  

That was the advantage of massive chakra reserves.  

Regaining his focus, he looked at his bloodline progress.  

His Byakugan remained unchanged, as there had been no improvement in his base attributes.  

However, his Mangekyō Sharingan had progressed significantly—its evolution was now at (47,036/50,000), only a step away from advancing.  

At his current pace, by the end of June, he would reach the evolution threshold.  

At that point, he would finally be able to attempt the evolution of his Mangekyō Sharingan.  

However, before proceeding, he needed to decide whether to delay the evolution and allow his body to adapt first.  

Considering this, Seimei focused on sensing his body’s condition.  

He could feel his cells brimming with energy, a clear sign of approaching a physical breakthrough.  

Based on his experience, he estimated that by early July, he could use "Human Path’s Authority" to assist in his body’s transformation.  

This meant that delaying his Sharingan evolution for about 10 days could reduce potential risks.  

That seemed like a worthwhile trade-off.
