Chapter 562: Mastery and Plans  

In the forest, after experimenting with the **Multiple Shadow Clone Technique**, Seimei quickly lost interest in it. The jutsu's true value could only be realized when he no longer faced a chakra shortage.  

 For now, the **Shadow Clone Technique** worked just fine.  

 With that thought in mind, Seimei formed the seals and created over a dozen shadow clones. Then, he began making full use of his time to train.  

 Tonight, aside from the **Shadow Clone Technique**, he had another jutsu to upgrade.

In the distance, flames suddenly erupted on a large tree, and in front of it stood one of Seimei’s shadow clones.  

 The clone, hands clasped in seals, focused intently on the tree. Even without physical contact, the tree ignited spontaneously.  

 Indeed, the clone was practicing **Fire Style: Scorching Blaze Technique**.  

 Ten days ago, this jutsu had already reached **Level 6 (5125/10000)**. Now, after more than a week of effort, it was nearing an upgrade.   

Once it leveled up, Seimei’s daily chakra reserves would increase by 40,000 points.  

 He could then allocate the surplus chakra to other skills, accelerating their progress. This motivated Seimei to focus intently.  

 However, based on the current proficiency, it would still take some time.  

 Shaking off unnecessary thoughts, Seimei shifted his attention to practicing **Illuminated Heart Technique**, which helped evolve his Sharingan.  

 Unlike **Palm Healing Technique**, which could be used anytime, **Illuminated Heart Technique** required a relatively quiet environment.  

 To accommodate this, Seimei adjusted his training schedule. Instead of alternating between **Palm Healing** and **Illuminated Heart**, he separated them entirely—one during the day, the other at night.  

 Though repetitive practice of the same skill could be tedious, Seimei endured it to stick to his training plan.  

 In the past ten days, his Sharingan evolution had already reached **(20000/50000)**, nearing a critical breakthrough.  

 From previous observations, crossing this threshold might strengthen his **Mental** attribute through feedback, which would enhance his overall capabilities—a significant transformation for him.   

To prepare for this, he carefully planned ahead.  

 As for his **Susano’o**, once his Sharingan evolution exceeded **20000/50000**, it would likely enter the second stage, growing tendons and flesh while forming a chakra cloak.  

 This upgrade would not only improve its defense but also grant him **Yasaka Magatama**, a long-range attack technique comparable to an A-rank jutsu.  

 Though he currently had little need for **Susano’o**, having it as a trump card would be invaluable. After all, what couldn’t be used now might prove essential later.  

 Someday, when his **Susano’o** reached its **Complete Body** form, capable of splitting mountains and shattering the earth, he’d find ways to put it to use—even if only to prove its power.

Clearing his thoughts, Seimei refocused and resumed his training.  

 Right now, even reaching the **Second Stage** required three more days of effort, so there was no point in getting ahead of himself.  

 Balancing **Illuminated Heart Technique** practice with absorbing the experiences and memories of his shadow clones every 30 to 60 minutes, Seimei trained diligently until late into the night.  

 Finally, after absorbing the latest round of shadow clone training, his **Fire Style: Scorching Blaze Technique** leveled up.  

 Seimei opened his eyes, a sense of clarity filling his mind.  

 With a casual **Tiger Seal**, the tree in front of him burst into flames.  

 Now that the jutsu had reached **Mastery**, he could execute it with a single seal—blazing fast.  

 Armed with this technique, even mid-level ninja opponents would be hard-pressed to last a single exchange. Elite ninjas would also need to tread cautiously to avoid being caught off guard.  

 The only downside was that the technique was single-target, limiting its utility against multiple enemies. Still, Seimei was satisfied.  

 After all, he knew plenty of **Fire Style** techniques that could make up for this shortcoming.  

 Having familiarized himself with the perfected **Scorching Blaze Technique**, Seimei shifted focus to redistributing the 40,000 chakra points originally allocated to this jutsu.  

 After reviewing his skill panel, he decided to invest it into **Wind Style: Rasenshuriken**, just as he had with the **Wind Style: Wings of Wind** three days prior.  

 When **Wings of Wind** reached **Mastery**, the 20,000 chakra points it saved were redirected to **Rasenshuriken**.  

 Two months ago, he had paused training **Rasenshuriken** to develop Earth-style chakra. At the time, its proficiency was stuck at **Level 7 (8200/20000)**.  

 Now that his chakra reserves were slightly more flexible, Seimei resumed its practice.  

 Being an S-rank forbidden jutsu, Seimei hoped to master it soon, aiming to release it freely without preparation.  

 Achieving that would grant him another formidable trump card.  

 However, Seimei estimated that full mastery wouldn’t come easily. Even with 60,000 surplus chakra points providing 400 proficiency points per day, it would take significant time and effort.   After all, S-rank jutsu likely surpassed the Level 9 cap of A-rank techniques. With his **Rasenshuriken** still at **Level 7 (8200/20000)**, even reaching Level 8 was a long way off, let alone higher levels.  

 Despite the challenges, Seimei pressed on. Ordinary low-rank jutsu offered little help at his current level.  

 Apart from lightning-based techniques, his mastery of other chakra types was nearly comprehensive, making further additions redundant.  

 On the other hand, mastering **Rasenshuriken** earlier would equip him with a powerful ace.  

 Between these two paths, the choice was clear.
