*Chapter 5: The Beginning of the Awesome Road!*

Wow!

As soon as Sasuke finished speaking, the entire audience erupted into discussion. The reactions of the ninja school students were completely polarized.

Most of the boys wore expressions of displeasure. They all realized that this Uchiha boy was going to show off again.

Look at how arrogant he is!

It's so infuriating!

Many of the boys wished they could rush up and punch Sasuke’s annoyingly handsome face, just to teach this arrogant kid a lesson.

But…

A very realistic problem lay before them.

They couldn’t beat him!

This was the most important thing.

No matter how much they hated his showy attitude, they had to admit that he had the skills to back it up.

Since enrolling in the ninja school, Sasuke had always been the number one student among his peers for four years straight, without exception.

Sasuke’s strength was deeply ingrained in their minds. Though they resented him, they felt helpless.

This was the frustration of the weak.

As for the girls, their eyes sparkled with admiration, almost turning into heart shapes as they squealed in excitement.

Handsome!

Domineering!

I must marry someone like him!

Led by Sakura, the “fan-girl army” practically buzzed with eagerness to take Sasuke home.

*+2*

The number in front of Sasuke’s eyes jumped.

This time, it wasn’t just +1. There was a bit of progress—he gained 2 points.

This system is too strict, Sasuke thought.

Though his expression remained cold and arrogant, his mind was already plotting his next moves.

It seems low-level showing off doesn’t work well.

I must refine my skills.

Such small gains won’t cut it. It’ll take 100 points to upgrade any attribute from E to D. At this rate, I’ll exhaust myself!

“This…”

Iruka’s brows twitched. He hadn’t expected Sasuke to say such a thing, but he wasn’t entirely surprised.

This brat!

Still as arrogant as ever!

Sasuke hadn’t just asked someone to admit defeat—he had outright declared the other party’s loss.

“Whew!”

Iruka exhaled heavily. A helpless smile appeared at the corner of his mouth. He glanced at Sasuke, wondering what was different about him today. Normally arrogant but fair in competition, now he didn’t even want to compete.

“This…”

Iruka turned to Fukuda Naoki, observing the boy’s nervousness. It was understandable—facing the strongest student in the class wasn’t easy for anyone.

“Naoki, what do you think?”

Iruka’s voice was kind. His ability to empathize with students was one reason he made an excellent teacher. He tried to gauge Fukuda Naoki’s emotions to offer support.

“I... I…”

Fukuda Naoki stammered, visibly conflicted. He already knew the likely outcome—there was no chance of winning.

But…

Losing outright wasn’t the issue. After all, his opponent was Uchiha Sasuke, the undisputed strongest in their class.

What troubled him was the idea of admitting defeat in front of everyone. It would be humiliating.

No. I can’t do that.

“I... I won’t know the result until we compete!” Fukuda Naoki said through gritted teeth, his voice trembling slightly. Even he was surprised at his own words. Once he said them, though, he felt a strange sense of relief.

“Come on, Naoki!”

“You’ve got this, Naoki!”

“Fight him, Naoki!”

“It’s not over yet—show him what you’ve got!”

The boys rallied around Fukuda Naoki, cheering him on with clenched fists. At that moment, they were united in their spiritual support.

“In that case…”

Iruka’s face lit up with a proud smile. He was pleased with Fukuda Naoki’s courage. Turning to Sasuke, he said, “Sasuke, the two of you will compete now.”

Sasuke didn’t respond immediately. He maintained his aloof posture, not even glancing at Fukuda Naoki after his earlier comment.

Aloof. Very aloof.

A small number appeared in Sasuke’s vision—just 1 point. Though this method of showing off wasn’t yielding significant gains, it left a lasting impression on the fan girls, who were utterly captivated by his demeanor.

“Sasuke…”

Iruka called again, puzzled by the boy’s behavior. Something about Sasuke today felt… different. He seemed as arrogant as ever, yet there was an added edge.

“Ah.”

Sasuke finally responded, his icy demeanor softening into a calm, almost indifferent expression. It was as though the match were a mere formality.

Taking a step forward, then another, Sasuke approached Fukuda Naoki. His strides were unhurried, yet every movement exuded dominance, as if he were crushing an ant underfoot.

“You… you… what are you doing?”

Fukuda Naoki stammered, retreating instinctively. The pressure of Sasuke’s presence was overwhelming.

The slight movement didn’t go unnoticed.

He’s scared!

Another number appeared in Sasuke’s vision. Slowly but surely, he was beginning to grasp the system’s standards for “showing off.”

Under the watchful eyes of everyone present, Sasuke stopped in front of Fukuda Naoki. His handsome face betrayed no emotion, yet his mere presence was stifling.

“What a hassle,” Sasuke said, his voice low but clear in the silent room.

“Wouldn’t it be better to announce the result directly?”

As he spoke, Sasuke’s dark eyes suddenly shifted. Blood-red pupils emerged, each bearing two Tomoe.

*Double Tomoe Sharingan!*

In an instant, his pupils radiated an eerie glow, brimming with spiritual energy that pierced straight into Fukuda Naoki’s mind.

Thud!

Fukuda Naoki swayed, lost his balance, and collapsed to the ground—unconscious.

Gasp…

The entire room collectively inhaled in shock. Every student stared at Uchiha Sasuke, whose cold, composed face showed no sign of strain.

Their hearts were filled with awe and fear.
