If you are into the BDSM scene to any degree AND you have seen a counselor any time in the last 2 years, we would love your ANONYMOUS help with a short survey!
A grad student reached out to me for help some research. She wants to help Counselors and Psychologists to better understand BDSM β¦ to understand that enjoying BDSM activities is not a disorder.
I think we should help her!

This anonymous survey asks active BDSM practitioners to rate their counselor.
The aim of this study is to provide direct feedback to mental health professionals when working with this subculture, as well as to fight bias against BDSM. If you have had a great experience with a counselor, thatβs awesome! I want to know about that, too! Other than basic demographic questions, there are no questions that ask about your personal life. The goal is simply to assess the quality of counseling you have received.
