April Patron Pick Preliminary Round Start!

It's time to start the voting poll for this month's Patron Pick! Like I said in a previous post, this time the first round will be a preliminary round while the second will be the final round. Two winners will be chosen, one via popular vote and the other via my own pick. Also, since I'm doing popular votes again, I'll be using the cooldown rule for suggestions featuring characters from a particular series winning consecutive polls (unless I say otherwise). Basically, if such a suggestion wins popular vote two months in a row, it'll go on cooldown for one month. Once it comes off cooldown, if it wins consecutively again, it'll go on cooldown for two months. This will continue until it stops winning consecutive months.

Anyway, here are the choices for this month:
