I loved the first game and New Vegas is one of my favourite games of all time but I still went into OW2 skeptical because I haven’t enjoyed an obsidian game since OW1. It sounds hyperbolic but I think this is the worst RPG I’ve played this generation by a long shot. The world, exploration, writing and characters are so bad and uninteresting to me that I’ve ended up trading it back in after the 4th large area. I’m now glad they’re not doing a new fallout because after this I don’t think they have the chops to make it interesting enough to be memorable.
