I haven't lost a parent but I have lost more friends than I can count over the years and for whatever reason podcasts always helped me work through those situation. Take care of yourself and don't ruminate to the point where it's detrimental to your own health. It's not what they want for you

2025-04-10 20:48:41 +0000 UTCJaffe, “Someone’s really depressed right now while they’re listening to this and they’re getting a little respite from that.” I’m listening to this as I’m worrying about my mother who was sent to the ER for the third time this year on Monday. I’ve been a mess all year between this and the other huge punches life has decided to throw at me, listening to LSM has been such a wonderful escape for me. Thank you all for everything you all do and for making some of our lives a little bit easier for a few hours a day.

2025-04-10 07:58:49 +0000 UTCI’ve never been a Nintendo fan. I played on PlayStation every generation since the PS1. The Switch didn’t attract me and the Switch 2 further pushed me away from buying anything Nintendo. If anything, I’m even less interested than I thought I’d be somehow lol.
