Twitchat is originally a little personal project that got kinda out of control.
Here is its origin story for the curious ones.
Back when I was streaming, I had a secret enigma on my stream that users could try to solve.
The entry point was a user posting cryptic messages like this one once every hour or so:

Although you'll probably guess what this is all about from that low-quality video, I won't give many details about this upcoming Twitchat feature in collaboration with a darn cool new OBS plugin a friend of mine will release soon.
Just know that you'll be able to do things that, to my knowledge, weren't possible until now without deep technical knowledge π
I don't recall seeing any Twitch stream doing this so far. You'll probably be the first on the platform to do such things.

Hello there!
I can't resist showing you a little sneak peak of a new overlay coming with next Twitchat version (not a single idea when it will be live for everyone).
Ending credits overlay seems to have always been a real nightmare to use with existing solutions so I'm trying to tackle this by making one with lots of possibilities.
You basically can add as many sections as you want and customize them.
Also, existing solutions usually allow to show new subscriber...

You may have noticed that membership options have changed a few days ago, now mentionning "premium" features. Twitchat in its current state have no Premium features, but v10 will come with some changes, including premium features available only to patreon supporters (you π).
Have no fear, Twitchat will remain almost entirely free, and what's available right now won't change, or at least won't impact anyo...

Hello, I wanted to share with you a little sneak peek of what I've been working on for the past few days, and the past few weeks!
I finally got bored by the current design of Twitchat and decided to redesign everything.
Many things were "not so good" if not bad, starting with that half-dark half-light theme that could satisfy neither of the dark-mode or light-mode fans. And I had enough of that purple... (not saying the green-ish current replacement will stay tho)
