Patreon announcement regarding "high resolution zip files"

Hi Everyone!

I wanted to take a moment to share some thoughts related to the topic in the title.

As you may have noticed from recent sets, it's becoming increasingly difficult to provide ultra high-resolution versions of every image. The reason is simple: the character roster is growing quickly, and more images naturally mean more strain on my PC.

I've recently found a way to generate more images without sacrificing quality. This has allowed me to create multiple shots of the same character from different angles or in different poses—which I believe is a big and positive step forward!

This being said, the adding amount of pics i generate heavily affects my ability to upscale them.

Rest assured, this does not mean lower resolution images.
In fact, the images I create are already double the standard resolution of the public versions I post on Twitter.

Also, based on my testing (and probably your experience too), 99% of devices don't even benefit from the extra quality in the upscaled versions I used to provide. Many times, the upscaled images looked nearly identical to the originals—while taking up about three times more space. With the size of the sets, just a few upscaled images could eat up all your available memory.

Now for the most exciting part of this update (at least in my opinion 😄):
I've started uploading all sets to a MEGA archive. This will make it much easier for you to download past sets and enjoy a smoother experience overall.

Because of this, and since the upscaled versions take up so much space without offering significant visual improvements, I've decided to streamline things.

Going forward:

There will no longer be a separate "standard resolution" folder.
Instead, I’ll provide one single high-resolution .zip file per set.

I hope you’ll appreciate this change, which I made with the goal of improving the quality and convenience of what I offer.
