March Update 2 - Billing changes & Voting!

TLDR: Changing payment options to "Charge up front" - nothing changes for current patrons. Monthly voting on a pic topic.

Billing:
I did some looking at Patreon's billing options, they must have changed them recently (or I never noticed) but the option to switch to "Charge Up Front" is available now for me to switch to!
I've decided to switch to this option for a few reasons: to deter 'dine-n-dashing', because I have a decent # of pics uploaded now, and because I have a sketch reward tier that gets fulfilled after payment.
How will this affect you?: Short answer, it wont. This just means new people who sign up pay that same day. Since I already paused billing for March, your bill will start April 1st FOR April, (instead of paying for the month of April on May 1st, if that makes sense)

Voting:
I'm going to use the voting tiers more from here out. Like a lot of other Patreon accounts do: monthly voting. Y'all have probably seen it before haha, posting a few options for the month to vote which pic gets done. And maybe we'll switch it up to where people can submit their own prompts and y'all can vote on those options :)
