"How it works" Clexa Omegaverse

Back then a few people asked me how ABO works - and this is my take on it, though I love how there are so many different way's people have done it! :D
As for, "How it works"; I like to think that the clit enlarges to form a full shaft with the ability to knot. The majority of the shaft would be resting inside the body, so as the Female Alpha gets aroused, the muscles push the shaft outside the body.
The Female Alpha has both ovaries and testes on the inside (so their body temp runs differently than males with testes on the outside. Perhaps the same could be said for Omega Males that have ovaries on the inside? Hmm.)
