Or Dolls Quest! has a premise of your typical RPG of the main character losing its power and trying to retrieve back what had lost. You play as "Shujinkou", which literally means Hero/Protagonist (lmao) as a cult member accompanied by a demon girl named "Nameless" on a mission to rejuvenate the power Nameless had lost.
This game also gives out Monmusu Quest vibes. 

- Muddled World Orchestra Fragment II - "Ballad of Snaggletooth Alchemist and Chubby Hime"
Yeah, I don't think you need much explanation on this one. It's the sequel to Muddled World Orchestra Fragment I. I can't talk about this game without spoiling the story and ending of the first game.

- Paize Knightess Ellen and the Dungeon Town of Sodom
This one was requested a while back. You play as Ellen and Lilia going after a certain artifact inside a dungeon. However, this dungeon is located within the town with a law that no one is allowed to wear concealing clothing.
This is one of the rare cases that I actually have played and finished the game. The story of this game starts pretty mild but then immediately goes from 0 to 100, and later double hype even more. The main appeal of this game is the absurdity of the main story. I remember having a good laugh while still pretty much engaged in the story.

- Miko to Miru Sekai
Another old request. I haven't tried it myself, but from what I've heard this one is a mix of mystery-horror-puzzle solving with a heartwarming story and a little bit of 18+.
In a nutshell, this game is Re: Zero but with hentai and less Emilia, still packed with psychological horror though.
