2020 & Patreon-A-Thon Updates!

Hey Readers!

I have a few things I need to address about the state of the Patreon now that it's 2020, along with some news regarding Patreon-A-Thon this past October.

So first and foremost, I deeply apologize for not delivering the postcards and merch bundles for the Patrons that joined during Patreon-A-Thon and those that upped their monthly donation during October. My initial intent -- like my first Patreon-A-Thon in April -- was to get everything ready and sent out in the beginning of November. Unfortunately, due to some financial hardships that needed my immediate attention, I had to push it to the side. 

This was also the reason why I fell off track regarding the social media shoutouts I promised the higher tier Patrons when I initially revamped the tier list. So this month, I'll be distributing all of the discount codes, postcards and merch bundles to every Patron who is owed one. Look out for a private message from me later on this week! I'll also be officially starting the social media shoutouts near the end of the month, and the end of every month going forward.

As far as the Patreon is concerned, starting today the current goals on the Patreon will be removed. Video Essays, Film Friday, Anime Saturday and any other new segment that I'll be introducing won't be common on the channel, but they'll no longer be behind reaching a threshold here on Patreon. With that being said, they won't be released monthly as previously advertised. They'll be released at my own discretion.

Also, anyone who is at the Invested Reader tier or higher will still be able to vote on the topics of said videos. As a matter of fact, those of you at that tier will be receiving a poll later on today regarding a video I'll be making this January. So look out for that!
