2025-06-24 03:58:47 +0000 UTCAlso, this show isn’t to be taken seriously and the writing is atrocious but it was a huge missed opportunity to have Swan be yet another incorruptible morally upstanding character. Reacher is written as this Übermensch but why not have his assessment of someone come into question just this once and have serious consequences especially when it parallels how Russo’s assessment of Marsh lead to his death. Both trusted their instincts, both thought they understood someone close to them but were ultimately betrayed because their intuition or pride got in the way of them viewing the situation through an objective lens.

Instead they over her hitting him with these weak ass “Not very effective” ass punches. His girl is in the same room as him with a combined 20 finger and toenails with the same amount of digits to match. All you need is some steel wire and some pliers and someone is going to start talking but instead these niggas yapping and giving him these stupid ass ultimatums. Hell, if you are creative and patient enough you could have 28 “interrogation incentives” to work with from just her hands alone. (3 segments on each finger and 2 on each thumb)
