And because I'm sure at least some of you are curious... 😅Here is Rage's entire rant. (please ignore grammar/spelling. This is copy pasted, and It is not important. ;)

"The smaller shadow dragon is terik. he's only been beaten once, by karas, in the qualifiers. but he's won the last three seasons straight. shadow dragons usually excel at this because they tend to be leaner than the other breeds. Green dragons tend to be bulkier, but more efficient. Us reds are just pure power. we can't be beat in short sprints, so wildfires usually get a good lead at the start. The lumina dragons are unmatched in the open air races, but they have difficulty navigating the canyon passages, which is a big part of the finals. they can do it, there was one silver twenty years ago that set a new record for the fastest time. she developed a wing tuck technique that revolutionized how the silvers flew, and the other clans all had to adjust. karas actually took the traditional three beat glide pattern reds usually use, and reduced it two powerful wing beats and a longer glide, which is dangerous, because if he loses momentum it's harder to catch up. but he saves on stamina, and so can execute more dramatic maneuvers with his powerful wings, cutting off dragons tailing him from behind.

Boo! Hi all! I'm excited for Halloween! Are you? I've been watching/reading lots of spooky stuff. I want to make a Halloween themed illustration, like I did last year. So... delay. Due to re-writing this weeks page mid week (Way to go me) I'm a bit behind. So rather than sacrifice quality, I decided to post this weeks page Monday, instead of the bonus page. And instead of the Bonus page, I'll do the Halloween Illustration that sounds most fun in the comment section.

August break, Patreon pause.

Hiya wonderful Patrons!

I wanted to send out a brief message regarding next month. I had always planned to take a break in August, after I finished chapter two. I ran a bit late, so I'm just adapting a bit.

Starting tomorrow, I will be pausing Patreon billing for the month of august. Why? Well, there are two more pages left to chapter two, and I will be releasing them everywhere at the same time, so no early release. And also, there will be no more bonus pages for the month. This way I can wrap up chapter two next week, before my short vacation I have planned.

I also just need to get some writing done for chapter three. And there are many other things to do, illustrations, page formatting... Y'know... stuff.

As such, I just want to take the pressure off. And I feel strongly about delivering value for your patronage. So enjoy the short payment break.

I will return in September for chapter three. See you tomorrow, for the full shopping montage, and next week, for the Epilogue!

Thanks for you patience with this. I was hoping to work hard this week and get it all done, but an (incredibly stupid yet pretty severe self inflicted) injury caused me to take a-lot of couch breaks. (I'm fine, healing up nicely.) I still got a lot of work done, just not as much as I wanted. But health comes first. 🤷‍♂️

Unrelated advice....
1 - If you're gonna swing out of a tree, make sure the landing spot is even ground, and not littered with rocks. 2 - Tiger balm is excellent medicine for dealing with muscle pain.

I like the idea of Regnar being a big badass warrior canid (you'll have to trust me on that, since I didn't really get to show it) who turns in to a clumsy goof around Eeliel. XD
