Its got fight scene choreography & a cool concept but it feels they forget the main aspect of it being: They are on a clock to find a cure before the human race fucking dies out lmao… Thought it was just me but this show is ass. But if you like action you’re gonna say “its alright”

The story is so nonsensical & characters get no background so it’s like I don’t care for these people let alone the main character. Then we have the absurd premise of the show.. probably 90% of humanity is supposedly going to die in like 2 weeks time but there is no sense of urgency & everyone behaves like that Skinners guy is just going to raise taxes by 2% with how relaxed the whole crew and the rest of the characters is acting. Like I get it’s not trying to be attack on titan levels of serious and there’s a certain whimsy to it all, but this also makes it so there’s no suspense.. just bad storytelling across the board that feels artificial. They could literally tell me that the story was a ChatGPT write up and I would legit believe them.
