Yeah, while I'm not really a fan of TLOU2 that was a very important scene for the context of Ellie's motivation for revenge. Dunno why they removed that.

There's something so visceral about "let me stab you through the head with this golf club I broke over you", as compared to "ima do the same hit I've been doing for the last hour, but HARDER"

Sure she may have good points and intentions but why is it that she is the only character that’s unlikable in this episode. Like objectively unlikable. Saying snarky comments towards rational responses/reasoning. She is selfish, Irresponsible, and straight up dumb. She needed Dina to tell her that going north alone with no medical supplies was a bad idea? Did Season 1 with Joel teach her absolutely nothing other than who to cry over? I don’t even blame people who hate on her cause I mean cmon, she is built by the show as someone TO be hated on.

2025-04-29 00:26:01 +0000 UTCEllie is just so annoying that I’m deciding whether or not to keep watching, the sarcasm still being the main character trait is insane, at this point in the game it was a treat if you got to see Ellie be lighthearted enough to be sarcastic when she isn’t on a death filled revenge arc but here it’s every other sentence and the other sentences are just her complaining.💀
