i’m confused why people cant see what Heathers talking about, Matt LOVES beating bad guys up it’s a huge part to why he saves people (as seen in all seasons of daredevil) yes he’s a good man who wouldn’t want to see someone hurt for no reason but if Heather didn’t shoot Muse, Daredevil would just continue beating on him until he realized her life was fading thus her whole point the vigilantes are in it for themselves yea they save people but some (spider-man excluded with others) do it for a personal reason not the greater good. it is weird that at least a little bit of gratitude for Daredevil wasn’t given cuz like using her mindset at least he distracted him from killing her. So for people complaining about the quality of the episodes, it’s because of the original direction they had to keep for the budget during filming episodes 2-7. The people who wrote and directed 2-7 were the ones that the actors’ confirmed they were not happy about where cause of the direction the show was going, but after the writers and actors strike, they got a whole new creative team that redid episodes 1, 8, and 9 which gives the same feeling of the first 3 seasons and they’re going to be the team for the upcoming season.

This is the same world that went along with the Sokovia Accords, which on its basis makes sense especially given than Tony made Ultron. Additionally the people of New York made Fisk mayor. In the comics people hate mutants but love the Fantastic Four. The world is made up of people with various conflicting outlooks and perspectives on different groups and intuitions. The police is probably the best example of this you could drive through city and probably find a similar number people who hate and love the police. Most would even admit that the police is made up of good cops and bad cops but none of that matters if one cop abuses his power and it negatively affects you or if a cop comes and saves you from a dangerous situation. Your perspective on the collective police force can be drastically altered in a moment or by the type of media you constantly consume. To bring it back to the show I'd be more weirded if everyone loved DD.

To give an example of what I mean by critical thinking I'll use whole argument Matt and Heather had as an example. During the argument in the episode I kept thinking Matt doesn't even realize how crazy he sounds to her. He is basically crashing out about an invitation from the mayor and claiming that thee mayor is out to get him without giving her any legitimate explanation but because he and the audience are only seeing thing through his POV scenario his reaction seems fine and hers seem ridiculous. Imagine you SO hears you get invited to a party from someone you are both familiar with and then immediately starts interrogating you about how well you know the person in question without telling you why they are bothered by it. You would reasonably be upset and argumentative with them about it but in this show because of how its framed Heather is being view as bullhead, naive, stupid, irritating etc. I can realize what the writers are doing in the moment to create a conflict between the characters without letting myself become "infuriated" by a character, who just went through hell, because she wasn't glazing the MCs alternate persona.

I think Lupa misunderstood what she meant by not always writing things in her own name - she's been keeping the more Anti-Fisk stuff under an alias so that Fisk doesn't suspect she knows he murdered her uncle. It's the only reason she's allowed as much access to Frat boy Deputy Mayor over here.

No, I think they are shown to be acclimated to superheros in the Marvel universe though. There are many scenes of people treating them like celebrities, and they are integrated into society at this point. They have brand deals, Asgard is now a tourist trap on Earth with alien residents, and kids wear hero costumes exactly like actual kids do. Steve Rogers became Captain America almost 100 years ago now and he had global support and love for everything he did in the end, same with Tony. Daredevil has already been through an attempt to defame him and link him with crazy killers in the original show, and it didn't work then either 😂
