So the scene of Subaru figuring out Regulus' authority through the name of a star might seem random to a lot of people. But a few years back there was actually an OVA titled Memory Snow that came out. Now, most people see OVAs and decide to skip them. But at the end of that OVA it's revealed that Subaru is quite familiar with the stars in the sky, that the stars in this world are similar to his own, and that his parents named him after a star. It would seem that stars are very important to this world since they can potentially reveal very vital things about people. Going back to the beginning of the episode, we have Felix asking Capella how to fix Crusch and she basically shrugs her shoulders and says she doesn't know either. Very interesting. Anastasia sets a trap for her and Al lies below. Waiting. Telling her that he's in a bad mood and to hurry things up before he dies. Once again, Al is being a very big mysterious wild card.
