It was mediocre in S1 and looks to be just plain simple bad this season from the PVs. This episode looked pretty decent but you could tell they were already doing animation cuts by panning to toothpaste and objects for like 5 minutes so they didn't have to animate mouth flaps.

Not only did they have less time to work on this season that the first one, they also had a wholly unnecessary movie in between to work on. This arc deserves nothing but a Haikyuu quality adaptation.
